A batch profile characterises the demographic, educational and professional attributes of students in a particular program or batch at an institute. It usually contains data regarding the educational background, work experience, gender mix, age range, geographic spread and co curricular activities of the students. The batch profile holds importance as it reflects the diversity and strength of the cohort which shapes the learning experience as a whole. A balanced batch ensures students offer varied insights to class discussions, case studies and group assignments, enhancing peer to peer learning.

For candidates the batch profile provides a reference point for identifying the type of peers with whom they would be interacting and the level of competitiveness to be anticipated. Recruiters will better understand the talent pool, skills and diversity of the institute. IIM I PGP and IPM Batch Profile 2024-26

There were 584 students in the IIM Indore Batch 2024–2026, 489 of whom were pursuing an MBA and 95 of whom were pursuing two degrees. The batch is diversified with 27% females and 73% males ensuring a balance in class. The students bring 22 months of professional experience on average of whom 42% have some professional exposure beforehand and 36% are from premier institutes like IITs, NITs and BITS. Regarding job experience most are in the 0-1 year segment (37%), followed by 1 to 2 years (25%) and 2 to 3 years (15%), while 9% have more than 3 years. The batch also consists of students from very diverse businesses such as IT/Analytics (30%), Engineering/Operations (23%), Consulting (12%), BFSI (10%) and others (25%). This diversity of good background, work experience and industry presence boosts peer learning and ensures a complete educational environment at IIM Indore.

IIM Indore PGP and IPM Batch profile 2023-2025

The 2023-25 batch at IIM Indore is a dynamic combination of diversity and work experience.  The batch includes 479 MBA students and 111 dual degree candidates with a wholesome gender distribution of 67% male and 33% female in the MBA program and 64% male and 36% female in the dual degree program. The MBA class have an average work experience of 22 months with 42% of applicants having industry experience and 24% with non-engineering backgrounds, giving both academic and professional diversity. The distribution of job experience reveals 26% with over 3 years, 24% with less than a year and 41% with 1 to 2 years of experience reflecting a decent mix of fresh perspectives and veteran specialists. The students belong to diverse industries such as IT (23%), consulting (9.6%), financial services (12%), manufacturing (6.6%) and FMCG (5.1%) among others with some proportion from miscellaneous fields. This diverse and broad batch composition is supplemented by peer learning, fosters multidisciplinary understanding and adds to the overall academic and cultural milieu of the institute.

IIM Indore EPGP Batch Profile 2024-25

The provided batch profile is representative of an excellent blend of professional diversity, academic ability and industry exposure. With 74 batch members the average work experience in the batch is 8.4 years with 59% having 5 to 8 years of experience, 26% having 8 to 12 years of experience and 15% having over 12 years of experience. Students are from diverse industries like IT/ITES 18%, Manufacturing & Heavy Engineering (15%), Energy/Power/Oil 15%, BFSI 11%, Infrastructure 11% and Government & Public Policy 8% representing a balanced distribution. Based on functional knowledge the batch is strong in Operations & Supply Chain Management 19%, Finance & Investing 15%, Consulting 12%, Project Management 12% and Engineering, Sales & Marketing and Analytics. The class also focuses on intellectual diversity with backgrounds in CA, CFA, MBBS and PhD with 23% being from IITs and NITs. Indian Institute of Management Batch profile of PGP-HRM Program 2024-26

IIM Indore Batch Profile 2024-26 is a sterling depiction of diversity, academic background and work experience. With a batch strength of 39 students and an average age of 24 years, each one possesses an average of 12 months' worth of job experience. Almost half of the batch (49%) are freshers, 31% of whom have 13-24 months of experience and lower numbers with 0-12 months (10%), 25-36 months (5%) and over 36 months (5%).
