The 2024-2026 batch of IIM Lucknow's Post Graduate Program in Sustainability Management PGPSM has completed its placement season with students receiving attractive job offers from leading recruiters.

According to the institute, 45 companies extended 68 job offers to the 46 students in the batch. While 23 per cent of the roles were directly related to sustainability, the remaining 77 per cent were in general management, indicating that employers value candidates who combine sustainability knowledge with strong business and management skills.
Recruiters from sectors such as consulting, operations and general management participated in the placement drive. The institute noted that the PGPSM program is offered under IIM Lucknow's triple international accreditation - EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA, reflecting its global academic standards.
The PGPSM 2024-26 batch received the highest salary package of ₹45.37 LPA. Students were recruited for roles such as sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, strategy, product management and general management, highlighting the growing demand for professionals with sustainability expertise across diverse business functions.
The placement results also showed that while sustainability-related roles remained a key area of recruitment, many graduates were also hired for mainstream management positions, reflecting the expanding role of sustainability skills in business.
According to the institute, leading recruiters included Morgan Stanley, Tiger Analytics, Clarisights, Bain and Company, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, Genpact and LTIMindtree, among others.
