The two-year program is conducted through weekend classes in a hybrid mode, allowing participants to attend sessions both online and on campus. It focuses on developing leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills through case studies, live projects and practical business learning.
To be eligible, candidates must have a graduate degree with at least 50 per cent marks from a recognised university and a minimum of two years of full-time work experience after graduation.
According to Prof K S Venu Gopal Rao, Director of IBS Hyderabad, the program has been designed to meet the needs of working professionals through an industry-oriented curriculum and practical teaching methods such as case studies, simulations and management games. He added that experienced faculty members with both academic and industry expertise will deliver the program to ensure participants gain relevant management knowledge and leadership skills.
