IIM Lucknow possesses a robust, seasoned teaching faculty of more than 97 faculty members at various ranks: professors, associate professors and assistant professors with decent research backgrounds and teaching experiences.

All members of the faculty have a Ph.D. (with first-class distinction in previous degrees) and high-quality academic backgrounds.  Professors generally have more than ten years of teaching or working experience and at least four years of service as an associate professor at elite schools, and a sound record of publication in reputable journals.
