• Prior to this, he has been the Assistant Professor of Economics in IIM Lucknow from September 2012 to April 2016.

• He was also associated with the National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad, as an assistant professor of economics from August 2010 to September 2012.

Arvind Shroff

Title/Designation: Assistant Professor (Grade-II) of Operations and Supply Chain Management

• He completed a PhD in Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques at IIM Indore from July 2018 to March 2023.

• He did his B.Tech in Industrial Design from NIT Rourkela, from August 2013 to April 2017.

• He worked at S S Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd from June 2017 to June 2018 as a Senior Analyst.

• He helped a Fortune 500 FMCG organization predict the market demand of their products in the Eastern European and UK markets.

• He also performed root cause analysis to improve planning.

• In another instance, the project involved enhancing inventory planning for one of his Fortune 500 clients in the US LED and electronic sector.

• He proposed safety stocks at 1,800 SKUs and better forecasting accuracy.

Kriti Bardhan Gupta

Title/Designation: Associate Professor of Agribusiness Management

• She holds a Doctorate in Management from IIM Ahmedabad as a Fellow.

• An M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering was completed from the G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.

• He has been an Associate Professor at the Centre for Food and Agribusiness Management (CFAM), Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, since December 2007.

Payal Mehra

Title/Designation: Professor of Communication

• She has a Ph.D from the Faculty of Commerce, University of Lucknow, completed in 2002.

• She did her MBA in Human Resources between 1993 and 1995 from the Department of Business Administration, University of Lucknow.

• She was an alumnus of the University of Lucknow, where she completed her B.A in Anthropology, History and English from 1989 to 1992.

• She did her ICSE and ISC schooling with Humanities at La Martiniere Girls' College, Lucknow from 1975 to 1989.

• She has been a full professor since June 11, 2019.

• She served as an Associate Professor at Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from April 26, 2012, to June 10, 2019.

• In the past, she has worked as an Assistant Professor in IIM Lucknow from September 2007 to March 2012.

• Besides this, she was also working as an Assistant Professor at IIM Lucknow on contract basis from September 2006 to August 2007.

• Before joining the IIM, she served as a part-time lecturer in a renowned private business school and the Lucknow University from July 1996 to August 2006.

Sampa Anupurba Pahi

Title/Designation: Assistant Professor (Grade-II) of Marketing

Learning: 

• She completed his FPM from XLRI Jamshedpur, in 2024. His thesis defense occurred on March 4, 2024, with a CQPI score of 6.46.

• She took up an MBA in Rural Management at XIMB Xavier Institute of Management in 2019. He was a school topper with a CQPI score of 8.35.

• She completed his B.Com from Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) in 2017. He was a University topper with a CGPI of 8.14.

Educational Experience

• Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in the discipline of Marketing at the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) from July 15, 2024 to January 27, 2025.

• She presented an invited talk at XLRI Jamshedpur in the theme of experimental methods in marketing research in May 2024.

Sushant Kumar
