IIM Amritsar Director & Key Faculty Members-

IIM Amritsar Director -  Prof. Samir Kumar Srivastava is currently working as Director of the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar. He holds a PhD from IIM Lucknow, an MBA in Finance and an undergraduate degree in engineering. He has more than 30 years of industry-combined academic, research and industry experience.

IIM Amritsar Key Faculty Members

1. Arun Kumar Bairwa – Dr. Arun Kumar Bairwa is an Assistant Professor of Economics. He teaches at the Indian Institute of Management in Amritsar. He completed his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore. Before moving to IIM Amritsar, he worked as an assistant professor at IIM Ranchi.

2. Pavneet Singh- Pavneet Singh is the Assistant Professor in the Economics area at IIM Amritsar. The holder of a PhD (Economics) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, in 2020. He too has a B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh.

3. Chetan Chitre – Chetan Chitre is a teacher of Economics at IIM Amritsar. He has completed a PhD in Economics from IIM Bangalore.

4. Sakshi Aggarwal – Dr Sakshi Aggarwal is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar. She has completed a PhD in marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Indore.

5. Dr Swapan Deep Arora – Dr Swapan Deep Arora teaches marketing management at IIM Amritsar. He graduated from IIM Lucknow with a Ph.D. in marketing management.

6. Gurbir Singh – Gurbir Singh, is a marketing management faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Amritsar. He has a PhD in marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.

7. Arun Kumar Kaushik – Dr Arun K. Kaushik is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Indian Institute of Management Amritsar. He also serves as the Dean of Administration at IIM Amritsar.

12. Santosh Kumar Tiwari — Santosh Kumar Tiwari teaches strategic management at IIM Amritsar. He has done an MBA from IIT Roorkee and a BTech from IIT (BHU) Varanasi.

14. Neeti Ingole—Neeti Ingole teaches organisational behaviour and Human Resource Management at IIM Amritsar. She has a PGP from IIM Kozhikode and a PhD from IIM Indore. Neeti has eight years of experience in education.

15. Sweta Singh – Dr Sweta Singh is an assistant professor at IIM Amritsar. She teaches organisational behaviour and Human Resource Management (OB & HRM). Dr. Singh has a PhD in OB & HRM from IIM Bangalore.

16. Harpreet Kaur – Harpreet Kaur teaches operations management and quantitative methods at IIM Amritsar. has graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi with a Ph.D. She was previously employed by Birla Institute of Management Technology.

17. Mahima Gupta – Mahima Gupta is an Assistant Professor of Quantitative Methods and Operations Management at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar, India. She has been a faculty member at the Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, and at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.

18. Ankit Sharma – Dr Ankit Sharma is an assistant professor. He teaches quantitative methods and operations management. He works at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar. He obtained his PhD in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.

19. Pinakhi Suvadarshini – Dr Pinakhi Suvadarshini teaches operations management and quantitative methods at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar. She holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow. in operations management.

20. Mukesh Kumar – Mukesh Kumar teaches Managerial Communications at IIM Amritsar. Before joining this Institute, he worked with IMT Nagpur, IIM Raipur, Amity Noida and Google India Private Ltd.
