History of IIMK

The Government of India founded the institute as the fifth IIM in 1996. The institute started its first Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) in 1997 with 42 students at the NIT Calicut campus. In 2001, it became the first IIM in Asia to provide interactive learning programs for working executives using satellite-based technology. In 2002, it established a Centre of Excellence with the Kerala government to support and mentor SC/ST students. The IIM moved to a new 97-acre hilltop in IIM Kozhikode kunnamangalam kerala in 2003. It started providing the doctorate program (PhD) in 2007 and it is regarded as the fourth top management institute in India.

The programmes offered at the institute are a full-time program of management courses for working professionals and fresh graduates. IIM Kozhikode MBA is a two-year full-time flagship Postgraduate Program in Management (PGP). The IIM Kozhikode MBA fees are ₹ 23.50 lakhs. The institute also offers an executive postgraduate programme for professionals and a Doctoral Program in Management (DPM) for research-oriented individuals. IIM Kozhikode Cut off 2025 for CAT Exam

Candidates must take the CAT exam in order to be considered for admission to IIM in Kerala's prestigious Post Graduate Program (PGP) in 2025. Although the institute hasn't formally released the cutoff, the CAT percentile will be at least 97.

IIM Kozhikode Hostel & Campus

The institute has 20 comfortable hostels that are capable of housing approximately 1400 students.
