IIM Kozhikode placed 100% of its flagship PGP, PGP-Finance and PGP-LSM courses in 2024 with 562 students and 147 recruiters taking part. The highest stipend received was ₹7 lakh with a mean stipend of ₹2.68 lakh and a median stipend of ₹2.60 lakh. The top students were paid more with means of ₹6.60 lakh, ₹6.06 lakh and ₹5.22 lakh. Finance was the most-hired function (22%). Consulting and sales & marketing played important roles too.

IIM Kozhikode's 2023-25 PGP, PGP-Finance and PGP-LSM summer placement report divulges encouraging internship results. The batch of more than 550 students posted excellent figures with the highest internship stipend of ₹7 lakh (for two months collectively), the median figure of ₹2.5 lakh and the mean of ₹2.6 lakh. Though formal detailed splits by program including independent numbers for PGP-Finance and PGP-LSM are yet to become public the overall performance is attesting to robust summer placement figures across all streams.

In 2024, IIM Kozhikode had a 100% placements record for its PGP, PGP-Finance and PGP-LSM batches with 537 students placed by 156 recruiters including 70 new organisations. The highest package climbed to ₹72.02 LPA particularly from the finance area reflecting a 7% hike compared to the earlier year.

Female students topped the list with a median package of ₹29.20 LPA over the median of ₹27 LPA. The highest 5% of students received a median offer of ₹48.41 LPA followed by the top 10% at ₹46.20 LPA and the top 20% at ₹40.79 LPA.

Consulting attracted the highest number of job offers (33%), followed by finance (28%) and other domains like IT/analytics, general management, operations and sales & marketing also featured in high numbers. The average package for PGP-LSM students was around ₹28.5 LPA with the highest package for finance roles at ₹72.02 LPA.

IIM Kozhikode's PGP, PGP-Finance and PGP-LSM courses picked up 559 offers from 123 recruiters at the 2023 final placement season and yielded 100% placement. The highest package touched a whopping ₹67.02 LPA specifically from the. Students averaged ₹31.02 LPA while the median package was ₹27 LPA. The top 5% averaged ₹62.04 LPA and the top 10% averaged ₹55.2 LPA suggesting a year-on-year increase. Consulting led the recruitment wave at 33% of offers followed by Finance at 26%, an increase of 73% year over year and general management at 14%, as IT/analytics, sales & marketing and operations also contributed significantly. These numbers prove the strength and versatility of batches from all three streams of PGP.

IIM Kozhikode Final Placement Report 2024 for PGP-BL

In the 2024 final placements for IIM Kozhikode's PGP-BL class the program maintained a 100% placement for its participants. Of the 61 who joined 60 students went through the process and had 62 offers from 52 recruiters including one international recruiter. Female respondents reported the mean CTC of ₹30.41 LPA. Top percentile salaries were ₹38.34 LPA for the top 10%, ₹33.40 LPA for the top 25% and ₹30.42 LPA for the top 50%.

IIM Kozhikode Final Placement Report 2023 for PGP-BL

During the final placement drive for PGP-BL in 2023, IIM Kozhikode was able to secure a 100% placement for its batch students. 58 students were placed by 50 domestic and four international recruiters through a total of 66 offers. 

The highest domestic CTC reported was ₹43.9 LPA and the average income and median income were at ₹29.23 LPA and ₹25 LPA respectively. Consulting was the largest job category with approximately half of the total offers followed by General Management, Sales & Marketing and Product Management each of which represented around 15%. Some of the noteworthy new recruiters were large organisations like Aditya Birla Group, MakeMyTrip and Mercedes-Benz, signalling higher industry participation.
