IIM Kozhikode has declared the criteria for merit and IIMK Kozhikode admission process for PGP 2026-2028. The criteria include cut offs on CAT, academic performance, WAT and PI. Last year the cut-off percentile was 85 for General category aspirants. For the final shortlist CAT had a weightage of 35 points and WAT-PI together had 55 points which aligns with the IIMK Kozhikode selection criteria followed earlier.

The list of PIs for 2026 will be published in Jan 2026 after the result of CAT 2025. Candidates who meet the cutoff will get an invitation for PI. It is a criteria set as a part of IIMK selection criteria for admission into PGP.

The final shortlist at IIM Kozhikode in 2026 will be carried out based on your overall performance. After completion of the PI process IIMK will review your CAT performance, your WAT performance and your resume to finalize your merit list. The resume scoring depended on academic and professional accomplishments. Based on total scores a merit list was created category-wise and admissions were mailed by April 2025. Selected ones were required to accept the offer and pay an amount for confirmation. Once someone backed out a refund would be given minus processing charges of ₹1000.
