IIM Ahmedabad MBA Selection Criteria 2026
IIM Ahmedabad has raised its qualifying cutoff for the 2026 PGP intake. The minimum percentile for General Category candidates has gone up by 15 points and it is one among the greatest changes that have been experienced within recent years. The previous qualifying cut-off position for General Category aspirants stood at 80 percent but currently aspirants will have to be at least 95 percent. The position for PWD aspirants demonstrating a qualifying cut-off position stands at 85 percent. It is a significant adjustment as it aids in giving all aspirants an indication on IIM Ahmedabad SC cut off and IIM Ahmedabad CAT cutoff.
The shortlisting process consists of short listing on the basis of 2025 CAT Score followed by AWT and Personal Interview. The PI shortlist will be published by IIM Ahmedabad in the first week of Jan 2026 after the declaration of CAT 2025 Result. Candidates who have cleared the cut off will be required to fill an online form at the institute’s website for AWT and PI.
