IIM Bangalore placement has concluded its final process for the PGP and PGPBA 2023–25 batch successfully. The institute's strong industry brand this year saw the average salary package offered at ₹34.88 lakhs per annum. A total of 660 offers were made by 177 leading recruiters across various sectors to 602 students.

IIM Bangalore completed its final placements for its 2025 batch of Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP). Among 82 students, 72 students were given offers while 3 opted out. The IIM Bangalore average package of the EPGP program was ₹35.5 Lakhs per annum.

There were 31 organisations that visited the campus for placements offering various kinds of roles across sectors. Consulting emerged as the most sought-after sector followed by IT, technology, manufacturing and automobiles.
