IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placement Report for PGP Program 2025 

IIM Ahmedabad finished its summer placement process for the PGP/MBA batch of 2026 in November 2024 successfully placing all students in around 15 industry sectors. More than 155 firms participated with 194 distinct roles being offered. The process had been divided into clusters so that the students could pursue their desired roles and even apply for 'dream' companies in subsequent clusters.

Leading consulting firms such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain and Strategy and investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley were present. Private equity, FMCG, conglomerate, tech, healthcare, retail and green energy sectors are also actively recruited from within their organisations. Other popular recruiters included Amazon, HUL, ITC, Microsoft, Mahindra and Tata Steel.

Specifically, the highest offers (22) were made by BCG in consulting, investment banking was led by Goldman Sachs (11) and Accenture led operations consulting with offers 39. The process testified to the depth of IIMA's student pool and accommodating student-oriented placement system.

IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placement Report for PGP-FABM Program 2025 

The summer placement for the PGP-FABM (Food & Agribusiness Management) 2024–26 batch at IIM Ahmedabad was successfully concluded on 15th November 2024 in hybrid mode. All 47 students got April–June 2025 internships and the whole process was completed in a single day. There were 39 participating companies that provided opportunities in domains such as agribusiness, consulting, FMCG, food processing and more. Regular companies like EY, Nestle, Amul and Bayer came back as new companies like Louis Dreyfus Company and Mapro participated as well showing high industry interest in the program.

IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placement Report for PGP Program 2024 

IIM Ahmedabad PGP/MBA Class of 2025 summer placement process was successfully concluded in November 2023 in hybrid mode. More than 120 firms provided 170 positions and the entire batch was placed in over 20 sectors. The process made it possible for students to apply to "dream" firms even after having received an offer keeping flexibility and choice in career intact.

Leading consulting firms BCG, Bain and McKinsey also attended, with BCG offering the highest number of offers (22). Investment banking (Goldman Sachs provided 9 offers), consumer goods (HUL offered 9 offers), conglomerates (Mahindra topped the list with 11 offers), tech, healthcare, retail and green energy were some of the other sectors. New recruiters such as Diageo India and WhiteOak Capital also attended as a testimony to increasing participation by top companies in IIMA's talent pool.

IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placement Report for PGP-FABM Program 2024 

The IIM Ahmedabad summer placement process for the PGP-FABM class of 2023 - 2025 took place on 3rd November 2023 in hybrid mode. All 45 students got internships for April–June 2024 and the whole process was over in one day. 43 companies were a part of it, with the available roles across industries like agribusiness, BFSI, consulting, FMCG and food processing. Regular recruiters like EY, Nestle, Godrej Agrovet and Bayer made a comeback, with new companies like Storia Foods, ReNew and Louis Dreyfus Company participating as well. Top conglomerates such as DCM Shriram, RPG Group and Murugappa Group were also part of the recruiters.

IIM Ahmedabad Placement Report 2025 Final 

The whole PGP and PGP-FABM 2024 batch from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad been placed. Accenture and BCG are two leading recruiters at IIM Ahmedabad that placed students; they each made 26 and 23 offers. Consulting (with 17 offers from TCS), investment banking (with 9 offers from Goldman Sachs), and general management (with 10 proposals from Adani) are further areas of hiring that have shown exponential growth.

To maximise the match between students and firms, the placement process was carried out in two stages. There were more opportunities because 23 new firms participated in the PGP placements.

Placements for the PGP-FABM course 2024 batch have also been completed by the institute. Employers from a variety of sectors including consulting, agri-inputs, agri-tech and FMCG offer positions to students of PGP-FABM.

Additionally in 2024 the PGPX also had a successful placement. The students' highest annual domestic package was worth ₹54.80 lakhs while their top annual foreign package was worth USD 126,564. Thus this successful placement demonstrates that IIMA is still as effective as ever at luring top employers and preparing graduates for the most sought-after positions.

IIM Ahmedabad Placement 2024, 2023 and 2022 Report final for the PGPX program 

The final placement reports at IIM Ahmedabad's PGPX program (2022–2024) indicate consistently solid results. In 2024, the highest offered package was ₹54.80 LPA with a median of ₹36.41 Lakhs per annum and a median of ₹35.00 Lakhs per annum. 121 students out of 147 eligible candidates were placed. The same patterns followed in past years with average packages at ₹35.00 – ₹38.00 Lakhs per annum and the majority of eligible students being successfully placed. 

A few of the students chose not to participate in the campus placements and only a few students were unplaced each year, reflecting the program's excellent industry connection and placement assistance.

Final Placement Report 2023 for PGP, PGP-FABM Program 

The final placements for IIM Ahmedabad's PGP and PGP-FABM Class of 2023 were completed successfully by placing all eligible students. The highest package for PGP reached ₹1.46 Crore per annum while PGP-FABM witnessed a top offer of ₹33.39 Lakhs per annum evidencing robust industry demand across both programs.

Final Placement Report 2022 for PGP, PGP-FABM Program 

The final placement report for 2022 shows IIM Ahmedabad placement percentage is 100% for both PGP and PGP-FABM programs. All eligible students were placed with the IIM Ahmedabad highest package reaching ₹61.48 Lakhs per annum for the PGP program and ₹33.83 Lakhs per annum for the PGP-FABM program.
