Yes, at IIM Visakhapatnam the EMBA course is designed for working professionals and is structured on a six-term, two-year basis. The PGPMCI course of IIM Visakhapatnam is designed for an engineering/tech student studying at NITs/IIITs. This course is modular and combines online learning with campus immersion, core management, electives and capstone. CAT is not mandatory for qualifying candidates, as it is for a standard MBA.
PGDMEx is a one-year diploma course provided by IIM Visakhapatnam; this course includes 420 hours of virtual classes. Along with a 60-hour capstone project. The course is spread across a weekend blended approach (online + campus immersion); it focuses on functional management aspects along with leadership and cross-functional skills suited to the industry.
