IIM Visakhapatnam has two modern industry-standard campuses. It’s the city campus located in the peaceful surroundings of Andhra University, whereas the institute's permanent campus is located at Gambheeram village Anandapuram Mandal Visakhapatnam.

All the students of IIM Vizag are provided accommodation in 10 different hostel buildings; the rooms are allotted on the basis of single/double occupancy. All the rooms are well-furnished.

All the hostel rooms in IIM Visakhapatnam are air-conditioned and equipped with well-furnished furniture. Some other facilities provided by the institute are Wi-Fi & TV, refrigerators, discussion rooms, dining hall and indoor games such as pool, carrom, Chess and table tennis etc.

The IIM Visakhapatnam campus provides facilities such as smart classrooms, an auditorium, seminar halls, a central library with access to a wide-spectrum range of e-resources, labs, sports grounds, etc.
