1. Fixed Fee & Payment Structure

• Fees for PGP / MBA / Executive MBA are divided term-wise. Students pay acceptance fees, caution deposit, mess advance, then term-wise tuition and associated charges.

• Institute runs its own NBFA. Quantum and number of scholarships depend on income, financial need, and academic performance.

• For SC/ST/PWD students, etc. through the “National Fellowship & Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students”, “Top Class Education Scheme for SC Students”, etc. Students are required to apply via official government portals (eg: scholarships.gov.in).

• For PhD / Doctoral Program, fellowship plus contingency (grants, research support) are provided. Needs full-time attendance, meeting comprehensive exam / thesis proposal timelines, etc.

• Many scholarships/assistance require maintaining a certain academic standard for each term/year to continue to receive benefits. If performance dips, aid may be reduced or discontinued.

6. Verification & Documentation

1. Doctoral Fellowship Support Till Thesis Submission

• INR 35,000 per month for first and second-year PhD students and INR 40,000 per month for third- and fourth-year students; the candidate must fulfil the necessary academic requirements (submission of a thesis proposal and comprehensive examination).

• Financial aid for seminars, national or international workshops/conferences is provided as part of the overall support, usually until thesis or programme exit.One-Time-Grants/ Equipment / Computer Support

• Computer grant ( INR 80,000 in 2nd year) helps scholars complete research and exit smoothly. 

• While not always called “exit scholarships”, reserved category or govt schemes often cover non-refundable fees or final term fees / charges. Eligible students see benefits when exiting. (SC / ST / PWD schemes, Top Class SC scheme)
