IIM Kozhikode released the CAT 2025 results on 24 Dec 2025. With the CAT result announcement CAT 2025 toppers have also been announced on the official website at iimcat.ac.in.
In this year 12 candidates achieved a perfect score of 100 percentile whereas 26 candidates achieved a score of 99.99 percentile. A cumulative total of 2.58 lakh candidates have taken the CAT 2025 exam which took place on 30 Nov 2025.

CAT 2025 Gender and Background Analysis
Out of the 12 candidates who managed to score 100 percent only two are females while the remaining ten are male. Looking at their backgrounds in relation to academic qualifications only three candidates hail from an engineering background while the remaining nine are from non-engineing backgrounds.

CAT 2025 Topper Performance Analysis (Marks vs Percentile)
The CAT 2025 topper data shows strong competition with top scores ranging from 64 to 111 marks. The highest score of 111.37 secured a 99.90 percentile while many candidates crossed the 99 percentile mark with scores in the 90s. Small margins in scores recorded significant changes in percentiles thereby establishing the tough and competitive nature of the exam.
CAT 2025 Toppers Breakdown Scoring 100 Percentile
The table below shows the candidates who scored 100 percentiles on CAT 2025. A majority of the 12 candidates who scored 100 percentiles came from non-engineering streams while very few came from an engineering stream. More of the 100 percentiles came from the male gender compared to the female gender.

This table brings out the characteristics of applicants who scored in 99.99 percentile in CAT 2025. A major chunk of candidates belonged to a background that is not engineering though engineers also comprised a substantial portion. More male candidates are in the list than female candidates and it reflected similar trends that existed in 100 percentile applicants.

Breakdown of CAT 2025 Toppers With 99.98 Percentile
This table highlights the candidate profile who scored 99.98 percentile in CAT 2025. The dominant candidates with high scores were from a non-engineering background a trend seen from other percentiles as well. A higher percentage of males are in the list as compared to females. The total candidate profile consisted of 26 students who performed exemplary well in the test.
