The PGPDM is a 12 month program that includes 32 courses spread over six contact sessions combining classroom and online learning. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official website — spjimr.org.

The first, third and final sessions will be held at SPJIMR’s Mumbai campus while others will be conducted online to help working professionals continue their jobs alongside studies.

Tanojkumar Meshram who is the Chairperson of the PGPDM program said the program aims to develop capable leaders for the evolving social sector. It focuses on providing both passion and practical management tools from finance to governance to create meaningful and lasting impact.

Eligibility and Selection Process

They should possess a bachelor degree in any subject from a well-recognised university and full-time work experience of not less than two years. Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with English as the instructional language should also be in their possession.

Shortlisted individuals will be called for an online interview. Organisational sponsored candidates should include a sponsor's letter from their employer.

Scholarships

SPJIMR provides need-based scholarships for meritorious students from economically backward backgrounds. Scholarships can be applied for till 15 November 2025 on the official website.
