SIIB offers three specialised MBA programs namely International Business, Agri-Business and Sustainability Management all designed to prepare students for global challenges. Its industry-oriented curriculum is strengthened with Six Sigma certifications, live simulations like Marketplace and practical exposure that helps students apply concepts to real business situations.

Highlights of SIIB Pune Placements 2025

  • MBA in International Business

    • Highest package – ₹27.6 Lakhs per annum

    • Average package – ₹16.2 Lakhs per annum

    • Major recruiters came from IT/ITeS 27.5%, BFSI 22.9%, Consulting 13.7%, FMCG 8.5%, Analytics 7.2% and Manufacturing 6.5%.

    • Students were offered roles in strategy, marketing, finance, operations, supply chain and business development.

  • MBA in Agri-Business

    • Highest package - ₹21.60 Lakhs per annum

    • Average salary package – ₹12.6 Lakhs per year

    • Recruiters were from the following industries: FMCG 6.3%, Agri Commodity 4.8%, Agri Tech 3.2%, Consulting 11.1%, Agri-Inputs 22.2%, Agri Services 9.5%, Dairy Processing 7.9%, IT 7.9% and Sustainability 1.6%.

    • Among the duties were agri-finance, agri-supply chain management, procurement, commodities trading and rural marketing.

  • MBA in Sustainability Management

    • Highest package – ₹19.2 Lakhs per annum

    • Average package – ₹14 Lakhs per annum

    • ESG accounted for 34% of the hires followed by IT/ITeS (21.6%), Consulting (19.6%), Conglomerates (13.4%) and Energy (11.3%).

    • Opportunities in corporate sustainability, ESG benchmarking, green finance, renewable energy and climate change consultancy were offered to candidates.
