Karnataka PGCET 2025: Registration date extended till May 14, 2025

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the last date for applying for the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2025 exam till May 14, 2025, till 11:00 A.M. Candidates must apply on the KEA official portal, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. for the exam using their application number and the first four letters of their name.

According to the official schedule as mentioned on the official website of KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority), the PGCET 2025 for ME and MTech courses will be conducted on May 31, 2025 and the MCA and MBA entrance examinations are scheduled for Jun 22, 2025

Examination Fee

The examination fee for the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2025 is as follows:

  • General Category—Rs 650

  • Reserved Category—Rs 500

Required Documents

The documents that are required for the registration process in digital format are:

Coloured Photograph, Scanned signature, Left-hand thumb impression, valid ID proof, Contact number, Qualifying degree certificate, Income certificate(if applicable) and caste certificate.

Admit Card

Admit cards are available on the official website of the Karnataka Examination Authority. Students who have registered for the exam can download their admit card before the examination date from the official website of the Karnataka Examination Authority. Candidates need to download their admit card by using their application number and the first four letters of their name. Candidates need to carry their admit cards on the date of the exam. 

Those students who qualify for the examination will be eligible for the counseling process for admission in 2025.
