IIM Raipur will Introduce Two Short-Term Courses for Working Professionals in AI and HRM
IIM Raipur MDPs will primarily concentrate on the applied fields of information systems, organisational behaviour, and human resource management. New and developing fields, such as business leadership development and artificial intelligence, will be highlighted. Live case discussions and interactive seminars will provide hands on training to the participants on how to practically implement these ideas.
IIM Raipur is organising a two-day "Unlock Your Leadership Skills" leadership training session on August 31 and September 1. The program will take the form of human resource management and organisational behaviour, to be directed by Anubha Dadhich.

The second short course offered by IIM Raipur is called "Artificial Intelligence for Decision Makers" and it will take place on July 13 and 14 for three days. The program will be led by Manojit Chattopadhyay and Sumeet Gupta and will emphasise information systems.
Institute faculty will conduct the short-term management training at IIM Raipur. The program designs offer "practical takeaways that can be implemented immediately in the workplace," imparting future ready skills to professionals like team leaders, department heads and decision-makers.
The director of IIM Raipur, Ram Kumar Kakani expressed his opinions about the programs, adding that asking the kinds of questions that no algorithm can answer is more important for leadership in the modern era than having all the answers. He described how the Management Development Programs (MDPs) at IIM Raipur are tailored for those who desire not just to enhance their capabilities but also to fundamentally transform their thought process. The institute, he said, does more than merely deliver lectures; it creates environments akin to laboratories of the mind where data, insights and decision-making converge in real time. He continued on to state that whether it's understanding artificial intelligence or rethinking effectiveness in management, the aim is still the same: to create leaders that spearhead change and not anticipate it.
