KEA has announced the document verification schedule for Karnataka PGCET 2026 for applicants applying under the Ex-Defence and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) reservation categories. The notification process applies to registration seeking admission to the MBA program.

Karnataka PGCET 2026 MBA Document Verification to Start from 29 June; Check Schedule Now!

The document verification will be conducted from 29 June to 2 July with separate dates allotted for each reservation category. Applicants are required to book their verification slots online before attending the process. The PGCET 2026 slot booking facility for document verification is now available on the official website.

Document Verification for KEA PGCET 2026

  • Carry a printed copy of the Karnataka PGCET 2026 registration form for verification.

  • Bring your KEA PGCET 2026 hall ticket to the verification centre.

  • Submit your Aadhaar card as a valid identity proof.

  • Carry a recent passport-size photograph as per the prescribed guidelines.

  • Produce a disability certificate issued by a competent medical authority of the Karnataka Government, if applicable.

  • Bring all supporting medical documents such as X-ray reports, MRI or scan reports and medical certificates issued by a government hospital to support your disability claim.

  • Applicants with hearing impairment must submit their PTA Audiometry report during verification.

  • Hearing-impaired candidates should also provide their BERA Audiometry report wherever applicable.
