JIPMAT Exam Pattern 2026
The JIPMAT 2026 Management Admission Test adopts an easy system of awarding 4 marks to the candidate for every right answer and deducting 1 mark from his/her score for every wrong answer. Unattempted questions carry no penalty. The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions for a total of 400 marks. The exam duration will be 150 minutes.

Questions based on vocabulary, such as synonyms, antonyms and word meanings, are covered in the Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension Section. Grammar questions include basic rules like articles, prepositions, tenses and sentence correction. Sentence completion and fill-in-the-blanks are utilised to test sentence structure understanding. This module tests a student's capability to read, comprehend and apply English.
