JIPMAT entrance exam Result 2026 will be released by NTA (National Testing Agency) in the last week of June 2026. Candidates can download the scorecard through the online portal by using the application number and DOB. The scorecard is going to be used for the IPM admission process in IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. IPM admissions at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu would be based on the scores of JIPMAT 2026.

Steps to Download the JIPMAT 2026 Result
Candidates can check results on the official NTA JIPMAT website. The following are the instructions that candidates need to follow to download the JIPMAT 2026 scorecard-
Visit the official NTA JIPMAT website https://exams.nta.nic.in/jipmat.
From the homepage, click on the link JIPMAT 2026 Scorecard.
Provide your application number, password or date of birth on the login page.
Click the button Submit.
The result and scorecard of JIPMAT 2026 will be displayed on the screen.

Calculation of JIPMAT 2026 Score
The JIPMAT 2026 score is calculated based on the candidate’s performance in the exam, along with the final answer key. As the exam is conducted in one session, there is no score normalisation for JIPMAT 2026.
Marking Scheme for JIPMAT 2026
The marks allotted to the candidate for answering the questions correctly are four.
One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
There will be no marks deducted for unattempted answers.
Process of Evaluation of JIPMAT 2026
The NTA calculates the total score after taking into consideration the candidate’s answers and the final answer key. The marks allotted are only for correct answers. In case of cancellation or dropping of a question owing to any technical problem, then marks will be allotted to all those who attempted it.
What Next after JIPMAT 2026 Results?
Following the release of the JIPMAT 2026 results, the NTA shall share the scores of the students with IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu for the IPM admission procedure. Both the IIMs shall individually make merit lists on the basis of certain criteria.

Important Note: IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya do not have any PI for admission to IPM through JIPMAT 2026.
JIPMAT Merit List at IIM Bodh Gaya
The merit list for admission to IPM at IIM Bodh Gaya is prepared taking into consideration the performance of candidates in JIPMAT, Class 10 and Class 12 examinations.
Point to Remember: The candidate can submit their Class 12 scores on the IIM Bodh Gaya admission portal once the JIPMAT scorecard has been announced.
JIPMAT Merit List by IIM Jammu
There is also a separate merit list issued by IIM Jammu for IPM admission based on JIPMAT score and academic marks from Class 10 and Class 12.
