Twenty-five HR professionals from the company's corporate office and plant locations will participate in the nine-month program, which will include a personalised learning path created in collaboration with XLRI. The project helps HR teams better connect with the organisation's changing growth priorities by fusing academic insights with real-world business applications.
The program, which will be delivered through a combination of in-person and virtual sessions will concentrate on enhancing critical issue solving, stakeholder management, culture building, design thinking, strategic thinking, data analytics, business acumen and change management.
Chief Human Resources Officer Sushil Baveja of Jindal Stainless said, The program was developed to assist HR professionals in improving their analytical skills and business knowledge so they may take on a more strategic position within the company.
The Managing Director of Abhyuday Jindal claims that As the business grows and serves an increasing number of clients, it is important to develop strong people systems and leadership skills. As the company gets ready for its next stage of growth in the global stainless steel market, the program is part of its larger focus on staff capability building and leadership development.
