In 2025, Europe ranked as the second-largest destination for Indian learner mobility with Germany witnessing a rise in interest from students and early-career professionals looking for organised academic pathways in line with international job prospects. Early-career professionals with up to three years of work experience and those who plan to pursue a graduate degree overseas within one to three years of professional experience are eligible to apply for the program.
It is expected that the collaboration will increase demand for globally renowned management education and provide more clear avenues for individuals wishing to continue their education overseas. According to initiative officials, the objective of the program is to offer academically demanding training that is in line with changing global job needs and European employers expectations.
