The one year blended learning program helps learners reset and accelerate their leadership agendas while providing professionals with critical skills in leadership, strategy and development high-stakes decision-making. This allows organisations to adapt to rapid organisational and technological change.  

Designed for future leaders and mid-to-senior professionals, students can examine business models in the context of larger social, political and environmental concerns with the use of EPBM. The program develops the ability to lead and deliver change by responding to the changing expectations of internal and external stakeholders with clear strategic direction, challenge preconceptions to unlock new ideas and strengthen the skills and judgement needed to function as an effective manager.

The Executive Program in Business Management typically attracts an experienced cohort. With more than 40 percent of participants having more than fifteen years of professional experience Senior professionals from industries like Information Technology, BFSI, automotive, healthcare, FMCG, logistics, hotels and e-commerce, as well as directors, vice presidents, general managers, COOs and consultants are drawn to the program. For managers who wish to take on more extensive corporate leadership responsibilities, EPBM is still the recommended path.

Professors Ritu Mehta and Megha Sharma, joint program directors at EPBM, said the Executive Program in Business Management prepares seasoned professionals to lead with enterprise-wide judgement and move away from functional silos. Strong decision-making, stakeholder orientation and change capability are strengthened via rigorous study in strategy, finance, marketing, operations and leadership—skills that businesses now require in the face of technological upheaval and changing expectations. This 32nd batch was created with both immediate relevance and long-term influence in mind.

The EPBM program covers a wide range of fundamental and advanced topics, including financial reporting and cost accounting, operations, marketing, leadership and people skills, strategic management, decision-making, digital transformation and business analytics. Through a combination of rigorous teaching, simulations, peer interaction and faculty insights, participants acquire the mindset and abilities required to move from functional excellence to agile business leadership. A final project is also part of the curriculum, where students collaborate to apply the concepts and frameworks they have learned during the program to actual business scenarios.
