The MCQ section emphasises the speed and accuracy of the answer, while the short answer section checks problem-solving skills without any negative marking. The verbal ability part tests the candidate’s English language skills through reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, paraphrasing and sentence corrections. In the multiple choice questions, 4 marks are given for each correct answer and for every wrong answer one mark is deducted.
No marks will be reduced for a wrong answer in the short-answer type questions. The exam will last for two hours with a time limit for each section.
