Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Program by IIM Lucknow
As a response to this situation, the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow has launched a CRO Program that lasts ten months. This executive program will train senior-level executives to coordinate and direct integrated revenue strategies within a rapidly growing and increasingly complex corporate environment.
Course Curriculum & Methodology
This course is facilitated by experienced faculty members with the aim of building skills in finance, strategy, AI, and analytics. Sales Leadership, Marketing & Customer Value, Pricing, and AI for Digital Innovation are among the topics covered in this course. The purpose of the programme is to enable the participants to transcend traditional roles and manage organisational revenue systems.
Participants will benefit from live online sessions every week, case discussion sessions, frameworks, capstone projects and a three-day campus immersion experience.
