The IIM Rohtak Campus is located on a 200-acre modern residential complex in Sunaria, Rohtak and was designed to integrate academics, housing and entertainment into a single easily accessible campus. The entire campus has Wi-Fi, with enterprise-grade Ruckus access points in the hostel blocks to provide uninterrupted connectivity. Classrooms, the IT Resource Centre, studios for executive education/webinars and the 24×7 Knowledge Resource Centre (KRC) library create a functional learning hub, while sports facilities and common areas round out campus life. Mess services are centrally managed and several programs. 

 IIM Rohtak Campus Facilities 

IIM Rohtak's academic programs are supported by an efficient IT Resource Centre, video-conferencing capabilities and fully equipped studios for executive education and webinars, which are useful for hybrid sessions and online conclaves. The IIM Rohtak Library or knowledge research centre, is computerised, 24×7 accessible and subscribes to leading e-journals and databases (e.g., ABI/Inform, EBSCO, ACM Digital Library) and newspapers and company/industry datasets. The IIM Rohtak campus is connected by an internal shuttle/transportation system and is located off NH-10, providing direct access to Rohtak and Delhi-NCR. Wireless campus Wi-Fi offers always-online access and the institute's tenders/annual reports refer to maintenance of classrooms, labs, gym and external areas. IIM Rohtak Hostel & Guest Accommodation 

IIM Rohtak hostel blocks offer sharing AC rooms, as mentioned in the PGP prospectus as twin-sharing which is also repeated for IPM and other programmes. Hostels – the network is deployed using enterprise Ruckus equipment with Wi-Fi being provided to students and a mess are as per dedicated catering/mess management arrangement on campus.

 Doctoral (DPM) participants are required to stay on campus and also have access to medical facilities. Annual fee circulars typically list IIM Rohtak Hostel Food (mess) charges as a separate line item. Guest accommodation for short academic visits is managed administratively (for executive programs, external experts, etc.)

Executive Education Guest House

IIM Rohtak regularly hosts executive education sessions, leveraging dedicated studios and digital classrooms.Guests accompanying faculty/industry experts for the aforementioned programs are usually handled within the bounds of institute-managed guest arrangements; these details will vary based on the event and will be arranged by Executive Education/Administration teams. While the infrastructural aspects are highlighted by the site, the resource center, video conferencing and studios, guesthouse pages and public booking portals are not officially listed at their website. Therefore, executives/participants must refer to joining instructions specific for every batch or may inquire with admin office regarding final guest accommodation specifics and feasibility during their respective date of the batch. So that you get to know your check-in windows and dining (mess or catered) and local transport availibilty to academic blocks.

This campus is located quite close to NH-10, however, since this college is located a little inside the city you will have to keep extra time for entering through gate and walking to the academic buildings for interviews or any event.
