IIM Raipur Hostel provides single rooms with attached bathrooms and radiant cooling systems in five newly built, aesthetically pleasing hostel buildings. The hostel is gender-segregated. Executive Education Guest House 

For Executive Education participants at IIM Raipur Facilities, the Management Development Centre (MDC) at Tandula provides guest‑house style lodging with AC single rooms and attached bathrooms. Accommodation includes internet connectivity and participants share a dedicated dining hall and VIP lounge. There are four smart classrooms and syndicate rooms in the MDC all with audio-visual and LAN capabilities. This makes it a perfect place for learning as well as networking. Because MDC is close to the main academic campus, participants can use the library, cafeteria, medical centre and sports centre. These customised hostel rooms at IIM Raipur for long-term executive participants make sure they are comfortable, have privacy and have access to the best amenities.

Off‑Campus Options Around

While most PGP students live on campus, off‑campus options around IIM Raipur exist for faculty, executive visitors or exceptionally permitted students. Atal Nagar (Naya Raipur) has a growing urban infrastructure with malls, restaurants and housing complexes connected by expressway and public transit However, first-year students are seldom allowed to live off campus. Visitors may also book external guest accommodations although on‑campus MDC lodging is recommended for Executive Education convenience. Given the isolated nature of the academic and hostel blocks, external food delivery is limited; hence the 24×7 on‑campus canteen and mess serve as primary dining options. For international students or long‑term guests, budgeting for external living involves INR15,000/month( approx) including rent, food, and travel.
