The IIM Raipur faculty consists of a perfect blend of rigorous research, industry knowledge, and academic background. In addition to globally recognised colleges, the institute also hires teachers and researchers from India's top colleges, such as IIMs and IITs. These lecturers possess a varied academic background including strategy, operations, IT systems, marketing, finance, OB/HRM and economics. TheThe faculty members of IIM Raipur are researchers in addition to being educators. For example, Arunima Shah is an assistant professor of the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, lecturing in marketing management.  Consumer interaction with information and communication technology (ICT) is one of her research interests.  (e.g., multichannel retail, media choice behaviour, e-commerce, consultants, authors and mentors. Professors of Practice are also appointed at IIM Raipur, who are industry professionals with experience, bridging the gap between management theory and business practice. The Director, Dr. Ram Kumar Kakani, leads the academic mission, with a thrust on holistic learning, innovation and global academic standards.

IIM Raipur Faculty:

Abhijit Barman: Dr. Abhijit Barman was a post-Doctoral researcher at the Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata before coming to IIM Raipur.    He received a Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology Silchar and a Master's from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.He was employed at the ICFAI University Tripura Campus as an assistant professor.

Anubha Dadhich: Dr Dadhich is a certified MBTI & FIRO-B trainer and has conducted training and management development programs for public & private sector organisations.

Archana Parashar: Since 2014, Dr. Archana Parashar has been an associate professor at IIM Raipur.

Dr. Arunima Shah: Dr. Arunima Shah teaches marketing management at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur as an assistant professor.  Information and communication technology (ICT) and consumer interaction are two areas of interest for her research.  (For instance, media choice behaviour, multichannel retail, and e- and m-commerce).

Ashapurna Baruah: The Indian Institute of Management Raipur has hired Dr. Ashapurna Baruah as an assistant professor of economics. She received her Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi.  The Centre for Development Studies (CDS) in Thiruvananthapuram is where she earned her M.Phil.

Badrinarayan Shankar Pawar:  He has more than twenty years of research and teaching experience, including postgraduate and doctoral degrees.

Bhawna Priya: Dr. Bhawna is working as assistant professor (operations & Qty tech). She graduated from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow with a Ph.D. in operations management.

Dr. Damini Saini: Dr. Damini Saini is an assistant professor at the Indian Institute of Management in Raipur, where she teaches organisational behaviour and human resource management. The University of Delhi's Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) awarded Dr. Saini a PhD in HRM/OB.

Gopal Kumar: Gopal Kumar is an associate professor who teaches operations management at IIM Raipur. He graduated from IIT Kharagpur with a PhD in supply chain collaboration and an M. Tech. in Industrial Engineering & Management. In Ireland, he completed his postdoctoral studies at Dublin City University (DCU).

Indirah Indibarah: At present, Indirah Indibarah teaches marketing as an assistant professor at IIM Raipur.   Dr. Indirah Indibara has worked in several academic institutions for over ten years. Before going to college, she worked in the corporate sector in sales and marketing for the FMCG industry.

Jagannath MVK: Dr. Jagannath MVK  works as an assistant professor of finance & accounts at IIM Raipur. Dr. Jagannath graduated from the Indian Institute of Management Indore with a doctorate (PhD) in finance and accounting. He is a certified company secretary and cost and management accountant (CMA). Prior to earning a PhD, he spent nine years working in the banking industry, both in public and private institutions.

Jagrook Dawra: Jagrook Dawra is a professor of marketing at IIM Raipur at the moment. Professor Jagrook Dawra has over 20 years of experience in marketing and is a successful researcher. As the Chairperson of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP), he currently oversees the academic program at IIM Raipur.

JIthesh A: JIthesh A works as an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at IIM Raipur. In Kozhikode, Jithesh A earned a Ph.D. in management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).

Jithin P.: Dr. Jithin P. is an assistant professor of economics at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. He graduated with a Ph.D. from Chennai, India's Indian Institute of Technology Madras.

Dr. Kamal K. Jain: At present, Dr. Kamal K. Jain is a visiting professor in IIM Raipur's OB and HR division. He presently works as Mentor Dean (Academic). Just before joining IIM Raipur, he was a professor at IIM Indore.

Munmun Goswami: Munmun Goswami is currently teaching as an assistant professor of  HRM and OB.  She earned an FPM in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Dr. Mrunal P. Chavda: Dr. Mrunal Chavda educates business communication to students as an assistant professor. He received his PhD from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom. Additionally, he was awarded the University of Cape Town's Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Sociolinguistics in South Africa.

Dr. Navneet Bhatnagar: At IIM Raipur, Dr. Navneet Bhatnagar teaches strategy and entrepreneurship as an assistant professor. He mentors students in the Strategic Management Core and Elective Courses of the MBA and ExecMBA programs at IIM Raipur. His elective courses on corporate strategy, transgenerational entrepreneurship (the management of multigenerational family companies), and the strategic components of mergers and acquisitions have been highly favoured by MBA students.

Dr.Pankaj Singh: Dr. Pankaj Singh is a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, where he teaches human resources and organisational behaviour. His Ph.D. was earned at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur. His academic and scientific background is extensive.

Pradyumna Dash:As a professor of IIM Raipur, Pradyumna Dash teaches economics to students. He received a gold medal from Sambalpur University for being the top student in his economics master's degree. In December 1998 and June 1999, he cleared the University Grants Commission's (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET).

Dr. Prakriti Soral: , At present time  Dr. Prakriti Soral is working as a professor of human resource management and organisational behaviour at IIM Raipur. Prior to joining IIM Raipur, she taught at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Indore. . The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, awarded her a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management.

Prof. Rajeev A: Professor Rajeev A is an assistant professor at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur who teaches operations and quantitative methods. He holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode in Quantitative Methods & Operations Management. He has worked in the consulting and financial operations industries.

Dr. Rajesh Pathak :Dr. Rajesh Pathak is working as an Associate Professor in the field of Finance and Accounting at the Indian Institute of Management in Raipur, India. He has been a visiting scholar at Bangor University in North Wales, UK, and has a doctorate from IFHE in Hyderabad.

Dr. Ritu Gupta:  At present Dr. Ritu Gupta is working as an assistant professor (HRM & Organisational Behaviour/ Humanities & Liberal Arts). Ritu Gupta has over a decade of experience in academics. She has won multiple honours for her study, including AIMS International's Outstanding Young Woman Management Researcher and the Director's commendation for excellence in research.

Samar Singh: The following degrees have been obtained by Lt Col. Dr. Samar Singh, a professor in the Business Policy and Strategy Area at the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur (IIM Raipur) who is a  Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), Member of the Institution of Military Engineers (India), PGDM (IIM Kozhikode), FPM (IIM Ahmedabad), B. Tech (IIT Bombay), and M. Tech (IIT Kharagpur).

Dr. Shabna. P:  At the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, Dr. Shabna P. is an assistant professor in the department of humanities and liberal arts.  She graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, with a doctorate in sociology.

Prof. Satyasiba Das: Prof. Satyasiba Das works as a professor of strategic management & information systems and dean (external relations) at IIM Raipur.

Prof Sumeet Gupta: In the Information Technology & Systems department at IIM Raipur, Professor Sumeet Gupta is a professor. He received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mining from GEC Raipur, an MBA from the National University of Singapore, and a doctorate in information systems. Prior to joining IIM Raipur, he held positions at L&T, the Logistics Institute-Asia Pacific in Singapore, and SSGI Bhilai. He has eighteen years of experience in industry, education, and research.

 Dr. Swati Jain: Dr. Swati Jain teaches information systems as an assistant professor at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur. She was a faculty member at IIM Amritsar before joining IIM Raipur. She graduated from IIM Lucknow with a Ph.D. in Information Technology and Systems.

 Dr. Varsha Mamidi: Dr. Varsha Mamidi is an associate professor of information systems and analytics at IIM Raipur. She has extensive IT industry experience as a programmer, project lead, technical architect, and project manager in multinational companies in Australia, India, and the UK. She completed a PhD in IT and Finance from Monash University, Australia.

Dr. Smriti Pande: Dr. Smriti Pande is an assistant professor at IIM Raipur with a focus on marketing. In 2014, she received her PhD in Management Science from the University of Mysore, specialising in marketing.
