NMIMS Mumbai Hostel and campus offer modern facilities for students. The campus is equipped with smart classrooms, a vast library, Wi-Fi connectivity, lounges and a cafeteria. NMIMS provides separate hostels for boys and girls, which are close to the campus. These include Anand Premises Boys AC accommodation, G.R. Jani Boys Ac and Non-AC, MKM Sanghvi Girls AC accommodation and Bansi Villa Girls AC and Non-AC accommodation. The hostel fee varies from ₹2.6 lakh to ₹4.6 lakh for 10 months. Students are also provided with furniture, security, cleaning, internet, gym and sports facilities.

The NMIMS School of Business Management is situated at the NMIMS Mumbai campus, which is also referred to as the NMIMS main campus. The Narsee Monjee Mumbai hostel and campus offer a conducive learning environment with modern facilities and amenities that are student-friendly. The NMIMS campus area is approximately 350000 square feet and is situated near the domestic airport and business centers. The huge NMIMS building is meant to facilitate academic and student activities.

The facilities at the NMIMS Mumbai hostel are available for students who need accommodation in and around the NMIMS Mumbai campus. The Narsee Monjee Mumbai hostel provides basic amenities for a comfortable stay for the students. 

The NMIMS Mumbai campus and hostel consist of a 10-story academic building with more than 60 classrooms. One complete floor is dedicated to the library and learning resource center with reading rooms. There are also conference rooms and offices for placements, exams, marketing and academics.

The Narsee Monjee campus is modern and incorporates the latest technology. It has been operational since the 2014-15 academic session. The classrooms are semicircular, which facilitates teacher-student interaction and group discussions. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. Each classroom has video streaming, multiple display screens, electronic boards and sound systems. Video conferencing is available on every floor. The classrooms are also friendly for differently-abled students.

Each floor has a student lounge for teamwork and group study. The air-conditioned campus also has recreation spaces and a large cafeteria. The NMIMS hostel and campus together provide the learning tools needed for students.

NMIMS was the first Indian college to implement SAP in academic administration. It also employs the Blackboard Learning Management System. Using this system, students are able to download learning materials, assignments and additional learning materials. The system is automated and displays customised content.

NMIMS also has a state-of-the-art Management Development Program hall. The college regularly organises programs for corporations. These programs are tailored to meet corporate needs and enhance corporate connections.

NMIMS Mumbai Hostel

Narsee Monjee Mumbai hostel is a home away from home for every student. They said that they have kept this in mind and provide students with the best possible housing facilities. NMIMS Mumbai hostel for boys and girls, situated near the campus, has excellent infrastructure and is designed in such a way that students feel at home. They said that whether students are socialising with friends over tea on a rainy day or are pulling all-nighters to study, they enjoy their time at the hostels.

NMIMS said that they have two full-fledged hostels and four residential accommodations in Mumbai, separate for boys and girls. They said that these are rented accommodations and are managed by the university. They said that room allocation is done on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to outstation students.

The university said that recreation is not a problem at their hostel, NMIMS Mumbai. They said that with gyms and sports facilities, the Narsee Monjee hostel offers a complete environment for students. They said that the boys' hostel has enough area for outdoor games and is always bustling in the evenings.

Additional Facility provided in the NMIMS Hostel

There might be some additional facilities offered to the students, like a fridge, TV, washing machine, internet connection, microwave oven, water filter, single bed, cupboard, chair and study table. All these facilities are tentative.

The cleaning and security services are available in all the locations. As sometimes the internet may get disconnected, the students will have to cope with the situation.

NMIMS Mumbai Library

The SBM Library at NMIMS is named in memory of its former Director and is now known as the Prof. Y. K. Bhushan Information and Knowledge Resource Centre. The centre is actively involved in facilitating learning, teaching and research at NMIMS and is constantly evolving as a knowledge resource centre.

The modern, air-conditioned library is spread over an area of approximately 15,000 sq. ft and provides a diverse range of learning resources. The resources include books, national and international journals, audio-visual materials, CDs, VCDs, annual reports, management games, newsletters, case studies and selected news clippings. The centre is planned to cater to the academic and research requirements of faculty members, research scholars, students and other stakeholders by providing them with access to quality information resources. All the NMIMS libraries are using the Koha automation system for efficient services.

The resource centre contains more than 58000 books on business and management studies and other related disciplines such as economics, behavioral sciences, information technology, law and engineering. The resource centre also holds subscriptions to more than 80 national and international journals and publications, with archives of past issues. One of the greatest strengths of the resource centre is its digital collection, which consists of 32 online databases. Members have access to more than 30 lakh e-books, 1 lakh e-journals and a host of other datasets and reports.
