Eligible candidates should complete the application process by visiting the official Lucknow University IMS MBA admissions portal and following the admission schedule announced by the institute.

Eligibility Criteria for the Lucknow University MBA Program

In the LU admission process, the applicants should have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university/institution, having at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The applicants falling under SC, ST & PwD categories should have at least 45% marks or equivalent CGPA. In addition to this, the applicants pursuing the final year of a bachelor's program or those who have cleared all the eligibility requirements but whose results are pending are also eligible to apply.

Lucknow University MBA Admission Procedure

Selection for the MBA program is mainly made through the CAT 2025 tests held by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). Students need to fulfill the minimum percentile requirement as fixed by the University of Lucknow, which is 50 percentile for the general category and 45 percentile for the reserved category students. Candidates have to provide their CAT registration number while applying for the program. The CAT score is utilized for shortlisting candidates only and the IIMs are not responsible for conducting the program.

When there are vacancies after admissions through CAT, they are filled up through Lucknow University Management Entrance Test (LUMET), which is an entrance test comprising 100 objective questions to be answered within 90 minutes, including these subjects-

Marking Criteria: 2 marks are awarded for each correct answer, whereas no marks are deducted for incorrect answers.
