The faculty of IIT Dhanbad DMS has very experienced and qualified individuals with knowledge in finance, marketing, HR, operations, analysis and industrial engineering. The faculty members have PhDs from top class institutions in India and abroad and have great industry experience. Faculty members such as Prof Bibhas Chandra, Prof Aamna Khan, Dr. Esha Saha, Prof Himanshu Gupta and Prof Jamini Kanta Pattanayak contribute to teaching, directing PhD scholars and handling various projects. 

The DMS IIT ISM Dhanbad has a very knowledgeable and experienced teaching faculty.
