The IIM Bodh Gaya Faculty consists of around 49-60 members of the faculty with key areas of management expertise, as they have strong academic backgrounds and experience from industries too, under the leadership of Director Prof. Vinita S. Sahay.

IIM Bodh Gaya Faculty consists of fast-growing faculty members committed to excellence in management education and research. At the institute, there are approximately 49 full-time faculty teaching core management subjects such as marketing, business, general management-HRM & OB, finance and accounting, economics and strategy, entrepreneurship, and business law, among others.

Dr Sharadendu Sharma - Dr Sharadendu Sharma is an Assistant Professor at IIM Bodh Gaya for the subject of economics. He has completed his PhD from BITS Pilani (Pilani Campus), and the thrust area of research is the application of general equilibrium models to international trade.

Dr Suryakant Kumar – Dr Suryakant Kumar is a teaches Operations & Quantitative Techniques department at IIM Bodh Gaya.

Pinaz Tiwari –  Pinaz Tiwari is a teacher in the marketing department at the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya. She has pursued her doctoral work at Jamia Millia Islamia and has two years of work experience.

Dr Satish Chandra Ojha – Dr Satish Chandra Ojha is a teacher in the marketing department at IIM Bodh Gaya. He has done his PhD at AKTU Lucknow.

Tamal Samanta – Tamal Samanta teaches Marketing at IIM Bodh Gaya. Tamal has completed an MBA from the IIM, Nagpur, and done a PhD from IIM Lucknow.

Prof. Archana Patro – Prof. Archana Patro teaches Finance and Accounting at IIM Bodh Gaya. She has completed a PhD from the IIM Indore.

Dr Somya Gupta – Dr Somya Gupta is a faculty member of the Finance and Accounting department at the IIM, Bodh Gaya. She completed her PhD from the School of Management Studies, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad.

Sabyasachi Mohapatra – Dr Sabyasachi Mohapatra is a faculty member at IIM Bodh Gaya in the department of Finance & Accounts. Before joining IIM Bodh Gaya, Prof. Mohapatra was serving as an assistant professor in the Finance & Accounts department at IIM Raipur.

Dr Soumya Prakash Patra –  Dr Soumya Prakash Patra is a teacher in the department of humanities and liberal arts at IIM Bodh Gaya. He has completed a PhD at the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur.

Teena Bharti – Teena Bharti is a faculty member of the OB and HRM department at IIM Bodh Gaya. She holds a PhD in Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee

Sajan Pookkodan – Sajan Pookkodan is a teacher of business communication at IIM Bodh Gaya. He did his MCJ (Master of Communications & Journalism) degree at the University of Calicut.

Charu Naithani – Charu Naithani is a faculty member of the IT Systems and Analytics department at IIM Bodh Gaya. She has obtained a PhD from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Anamita Guha – Anamita Guha teaches business communication at IIM Bodh Gaya. She holds a PhD from JNU, New Delhi, and an MPhil from the English and Foreign Language University, Hyderabad.

Prof Deepika R. Gupta – Prof Deepika R. Gupta is a teacher of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya. She has completed a PhD in Corporate Strategy and Policy from the IIM Bangalore.

Madan Lal Yadav – Madan Lal Yadav is a teacher of IT systems and analytics at IIM Bodh Gaya. Previously, he served as an assistant professor at the Amity School of Engineering & Technology, Noida, and at the Goa Institute of Management, Goa.

Dr C. V. Sunil Kumar – Dr  C.V. Sunil Kumar teaches Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques at the Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya.

Nikhil Dhakate – Nikhil Dhakate is a faculty member of Operations Management and the quantitative techniques department at the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya. He has done a PhD in Operations Management from the IIM, Shillong.

Sunanda Katewa – Sunanda Katewa teaches Operations Management and quantitative techniques at IIM Bodh Gaya. She holds a PhD in Operations Management from IIM Udaipur.

Dr Abhyudaya Anand Mishra – Dr Abhyudaya Anand Mishra is a teacher of OB and HRM at IIM Bodh Gaya. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from IIM Kashipur.
