IIM Bangalore provided a record-breaking 664 offers during its 2026 final placements by 177 companies. The average salary was ₹34.88 LPA with Consulting dominating 45% of the total offers and Accenture Strategy emerged as the top recruiter.

IIM Bangalore Final Placements 2026 for PGP + PGPBA Program 

The IIM Bangalore MBA & PGPBA batch of 2026 achieved record placements with 664 job offers to 596 candidates from 177 companies visited the campus. Approximately 35% of the placement offers were made by new recruiters making it the biggest placement drive in the institute’s history. Placements highlight that Management Consulting dominated with 45% of total offers followed by Technology/Product Management (15%) and Investment Banking (11%).

IIM Bangalore PGP + PGPBA Final Placement Report 2025 

IIM Bangalore placement has concluded its final process for the PGP and PGPBA 2023 - 25 batch successfully. The institute's strong industry connection was evident this year, as the average and median salary package offered was ₹34.88 lakhs per annum and ₹32.61 Lakhs per annum. A total of 660 offers were made by 177 leading recruiters across various sectors to 602 students. 

Pre-placement and lateral offers including some international ones, were also received by numerous students. The most sought-after industries were consulting, IT, finance and e-commerce. Top recruiters from the likes of Accenture Strategy, BCG, McKinsey, Bain & Company, Amazon and JP Morgan were some of the prominent recruiters showcasing high demand for IIMB graduates across sectors.

IIM Bangalore EPGP Placement 2025 - Final Report

IIM Bangalore completed its final placements process for its 2025 batch of Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP). Among 82 students, 72 students were given offers while 3 opted out. The iim Bangalore average package offered for the EPGP program was ₹35.5 Lakhs per annum.

31 organisations visited the campus for placements offering various kinds of roles across sectors. Consulting emerged as the most sought-after sector followed by IT, technology, manufacturing and automobiles. These were led by Accenture, EY, Samsung, Genpact and TVS Motors among others and testified to the high demand of the industry for seasoned professionals from the EPGP program.

IIM Bangalore's EPGP (Executive Post Graduate Program) batch of 2023–24 recorded robust final placements with an average salary of ₹34.33 lakhs per year. Out of 75 students 70 students were offered jobs by 29 top firms while 2 students opted out. 

The IIM Bangalore Executive MBA placement 2024 spanned across various sectors with most offers from consulting, IT, BFSI, e-commerce and energy industries.
