XLRI Xavier School of Management hosted the 24th Corporate & VIL Convocation, 377 Professionals Graduated

The 24th Corporate and Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) Program Graduation Ceremony was held at the Tata Auditorium on Saturday by XLRI Xavier School of Management. The occasion highlighted the institute tradition of leadership development and academic success.

The Chief Visitor for the XLRI graduation ceremony was Manoj Munjal APAC Lead for  Consulting  & Strategy as well as MD at Accenture.

Director Fr. George Sebastian greeted everyone and praised the graduates for their perseverance. He underlined that upskilling has become crucial in the fast-paced work environment of today. He praised the group for effectively balancing their demanding academic goals with their work responsibilities.

The Chief Guest was introduced by Fr. Donald D'Silva, Dean of Administration & Finance, who emphasised the significance of utilising technology for long-term global impact and value-based leadership.

377 individuals in all completed a variety of specialised programs including Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs, Business Analytics, CSR Leadership, Business Management and Human Resource Management. Strong industry-academia linkages were demonstrated by the 31 participants who obtained their Executive Diploma in HRM under the Corporate Programs wing and the 41 participants from the Accenture PGCHRM cohort who received their certificates.

Top-ranked participants received XLRI Gold Medals from the institute in recognition of their academic achievement. Vishavpreet Kaur, Ankit Malhotra, Rishabh Ravichandran, Rishabh Rawat, Chaya Prateksha Thangalapalli, Yash Gautam Agrawal and Sneha Susan Jacob were among the winners.

Manoj Munjal commended the graduates discipline in his speech. He urged students to adopt an ownership mindset, cultivate good judgement and embrace lifelong learning. He advised the recent grads to define success according to their own standards while staying true to their principles.
