The conclave brought together top industry leaders to share their insights on leadership, key decisions, technological shifts and market trends over the last five years. The conclave sought to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and business realities.
The conclave consisted of an inauguration ceremony, panel discussions, a fireside chat, CXO podcast sessions and interactions with students. Dr. Munish Thakur, Dean (Academics), said that times of crisis test true leadership and leaders have to safeguard human values while operating in an AI-driven and dynamic regulatory landscape.
Industry leaders from PwC, Bikanervala Foods, Accenture Strategy, Tata Play, GMR Group, Metro Telworks, Jio BP, Nxtra Data, Everest Group and Cambridge University Press & Assessment attended the conclave. They shared their perspectives on how the global crises of 2020-21 and the subsequent adoption of digital and AI technologies have reshaped the corporate agenda, emphasizing the need for adaptability, resilience, financial prudence and human-centric leadership.
The conclave consisted of four major sessions: When the Music Changed, Conducting in Real Time, When the Decision Couldn’t Be Replayed and Who Sets the Tempo Now? The sessions included the sharing of knowledge on irreversible decisions, dealing with uncertainties and building safe and innovative work environments. The topics also included healthcare, supply chain management, consulting, AI systems and shifting power structures in the context of consumers, platforms and regulators. The conclave was live-streamed on the Xplore YouTube channel.
