The exam is scheduled to take place in March 2026 while the formal announcement for TANCET 2026 was anticipated to be issued in January 2026. However, since the notification is now releasing in March the exam date is expected to be pushed to April or May 2026.
When Will TANCET 2026 Registration Open?
Last year, the TANCET exam notification was announced on 19th January and the registration process began on the 24th of the same month i.e. just five days after the exam notification. This year, due to the delay in the publication of the exam notification there is a slight change in the overall TANCET 2026 exam schedule as well.
If Anna University is going to follow the same trend as last year, the registration process is likely to commence from the 16th of March 2026. The registration process is likely to last anywhere between 25 to 30 days. Anna University is also likely to initiate the registration process along with the publication of the exam notification.
Candidates can find all the essential information including the exam date and the entire registration schedule in the official TANCET 2026 notification. However, it is essential to note that candidates interested in pursuing MBA courses through TANCET must appear for the TANCET 2026 exam and register.
