Top companies including CAFU, DP World, Urban Company, Jumeirah Group, Godrej Properties, Gargash, Dabur, Sobha Realty, Fragomen, Keeta, Tauris, Copeland, Spark AI and Matrix PR have hired students.

Numerous students have also turned their internships into full-time job offers demonstrating how the MBA program facilitates the conversion of classroom knowledge into practical employment chances.

Second-year MBA student Rohit Rajan who interned in Group Finance at DP World, reiterated that the hands-on training at Symbiosis Dubai gave him the confidence to contribute right away and linked him with world leaders who motivated him to have an impact.

Another student Ashwin Nair who interned in HR at Sobha Realty said that moving to Dubai was a big change but Symbiosis Dubai guided him throughout. The university helped him land a role usually reserved for experienced professionals allowing him to apply academic concepts in a real corporate environment.

Dr. Anita Patankar who is the Executive Director of Symbiosis Dubai said the success reflects the strong collaboration between the institute and industry. She mentioned that students don’t just study management they experience it by applying what they learn while they study.

In addition two students from the Class of 2025 have started their own boutique marketing and design agency using their classroom insights to build a real business showing how the program inspires creativity, leadership and innovation.
