SET Admit Card and Exam Day Instructions

The SET admit card is a significant document that has to be carried to the exam hall by the candidates. Candidates can download their admit card from the official website www.set-test.org once they have registered for the SET exam on the scheduled date. It is mandatory to take a colour printout of the admission card on A4 paper. Black & white printouts are not allowed. Applicants should also insert a recent passport photo (not more than 3 to 4 months old) in the provided space on the admission card.

Candidates must present a government issued picture ID such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, passport, driver's license or voter ID in addition to their admit ard. Soft copy IDs on mobile phones are not accepted; hard copies of the ID are only acceptable. Candidates will be denied entry at the examination centre unless they produce their admit card and an actual ID.

On the day of the test test takers are advised to report to the testing site at least 30 to 60 minutes prior to the reporting time. To prevent errors and delays at the last minute it is advised that applicants report to the exam centre one day before. The test centre’s gates will close exactly at the reporting time and no late arrivals will be allowed under any circumstances.

Methods to get the SET admit card

The admission card is a mandatory document for candidates who are going to take the SET exam. The SET exam is organised by the Symbiosis International University for applicants who want to get admitted to the BBA and BBA Hons. courses. Here are the important steps applicants must follow to get the SET admit card:

  • On the front page locate and select the "Download Admit Card" link.

  • Applicants must use their SET ID/Registered Email ID and Password to download the admit card.

  • Log in then go to the admission card section on the applicant's dashboard.

  • The "Download Admit Card" button should be clicked.

  • Verify all the details, such as the applicant’s name, photo, date of exam, time, centre and instructions.

  • Print a colour copy of the admission card on A4 size paper.

  • Ā Use a recent passport size photograph (not more than 3 to 4 months old) in the available space.

  • A print of 2-3 extra copies is advisable as a precaution against loss or damage.

SET Exam Day Instructions for Applicants

  • The SET 2025 Admit Card is to be downloaded in colour from the SET website, set-test.org. B&W prints will not be accepted.

  • If a candidate has opted for two or more tests they should bring separate Admit Cards for each.

  • Applicants should report to their allocated Test Centre prior to the commencement of the exam and seat themselves.

  • Applicants will not be permitted to enter the test centre after the commencement of the exam. They will not be allowed to appear for the SET.

  • Applicants are not allowed to take the SET Test 2025 from any other centre.

  • Applicants will attach their most recent passport sized and colour photo to the Admit Card in the designated spot prior to taking the test. The photo must not be more than 4 months old. The photo must be the same as was uploaded during registration.

  • Ā Admit Card along with original valid Photo identification must be taken to the Test Centre at the test time. These documents are Passport, Driving license, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, AADHAR Card (UID) and College ID Card.

Note: Soft copies of identity proof will not be accepted.

  • On test day an authorised individual will authenticate and verify the applicant’s admit card using a photo ID. Please retain this validated Admit Card for future PI operations.

  • It should be brought to the notice of the candidates that an authorised Admit Card is an essential document without which the candidate will not be eligible to appear in any further SIU selection process. If the authenticated admit card is lost no replacement will be given. It must be preserved until the admission procedure is finished.

  • Candidates will not be allowed to exit the test hall until the test has been finished. Once submitted the candidate should not be allowed back into the test hall.

  • Candidates are advised to find the allocated exam centre at least one day in advance so that on the day of the test. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the test centre once the gates close.

  • Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the candidates.

  • The question paper is prepared meticulously to be free of errors. If a mistake is detected in the question paper the Scrutiny Committee will make a determination after the exam.

  • Published scores of the Symbiosis Test Secretariat are final and irrevocable.

  • Candidates belonging to Differently Abled, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Kashmiri Migrants, Kashmiri Pandits and Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) residing in the Kashmir Valley have to submit requisite documents prior to registration for the SET. Candidates who do not comply with this will be considered for the Open Category.

  • Impersonation or misconduct in the admission process would lead to cancellation of all UG programs at Symbiosis International Deemed to be University and potential legal action.
