Colleges that use NMAT scores determine their own cutoff scores for each admission cycle. The NMAT exam cutoff is the minimum score a candidate must get to be considered for the next round of the selection process. Some colleges post their cutoffs online while others do not. Each institute decides its cutoff after considering factors like

  • NMAT Number of applicants

  • Number of candidates who qualify

  • Difficulty level of the exam

  • Total number of seats available

  • Previous year’s admission trends

Applicants who score or above the cutoff get selected for the subsequent rounds of the admission process such as GD, PI or WAT.
