What Takes Place Following the 2025 MAT Results?
Once the 2025 MAT result is declared AIMA sends the scores to five colleges selected by the candidate while filling the application form. If a candidate’s score meets the cutoff set by those institutes they will be invited for the next rounds which will be of Group Discussion, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview.
If a student wants to apply to more colleges they must fill out the admission forms of those institutions separately.
The first step in the admission process is clearing the MAT cutoffs which vary across institutes. Candidates should start preparing for GD-WAT-PI as these rounds are important for final selection. Many students also take soft skills or personality development training to perform better.
Applicants dissatisfied with their MAT score can reappear for the next session with the hope of better performance. They will however have to pay the fee again for the retest. The MAT score is valid for a year for India's MBA and PGDM admissions.
