JIPMAT Eligibility Criteria
There is no maximum age to appear for JIPMAT 2025. In 2021 or before the year 2021 applicants should have appeared in class 10. Applicants may be from any of the following streams: science, commerce or the arts. Candidates who qualified their class 12 from recognised boards, including the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and State Open Schools, provided that they had studied a minimum of five subjects, including English.
Marks obtained in Classes 10 and 12 will be computed on a ratio basis as per the instructions of the different boards. If the board does not have any formula prescribed, the aggregate marks of all the subjects listed in the mark sheet will be considered.
Reservation policies follow Government of India norms: 27% OBC-NCL, 15% SC, 7.5% ST, 10% EWS and 5% PwD candidates.

Candidates who wish to take the JIPMAT exam must meet the eligibility requirements. Candidates must have qualified in class 12 or an equivalent exam in 2023, 2024 and appeared in 2025. Applicants who have cleared class 10 or an equivalent exam in 2021 or later are eligible to apply.
Applicants must have a minimum of 60% marks in classes 10 and 12 or an equivalent exam for the general and OBC categories. For candidates belonging to the SC/ST /PwD category, a relaxation of 5% is provided. They are eligible if they scored atleast 55% marks in class 12 examinations. Candidates who are going to complete class 12 or equivalent by the end of July 31st, 2025 can also apply.
Students who graduated class 12 from the International Baccalaureate (IB) or studied overseas in schools, associated with foreign boards like IGCSE (International General Certificate for Secondary Education) are elgible applicants.
IIM Bodhgaya Eligibility Criteria
The applicants must have passed class 12 in 2024 or by 31st July 2025. Those from the general/OBC category, from any discipline whether science, arts or commerce, with atleast 60% marks are eligible. A relaxation of 5% is provided to the SC, ST, PwD and transgender categories making them eligible at 55% marks.
Candidates who are going to complete class 12 or equivalent by the end of July 31st, 2025, can also apply. The applicants must have cleared class 10 or an equivalent exam in the year not before 2022 are eligible to apply.
The marks percentage obtained in classes 10 and 12 will be calculated based on board regulations. If there is no such regulation about the aggregate marks from the particular board, then the aggregate marks of all the subjects that are listed in the marksheet should be considered for calculating the passing percentage.
A candidate who appeared in the class 12 exam; their application will be provisional till their class 12 results. Candidates who do not achieve the required score as listed above will be excluded from the admission process.
Indian citizens and OCI/PIOs who enrolled on or before March 4, 2021 are eligible applicants for this management program.
3. The proportion of marks of classes 10th and 12th will be computed according to the Board provisions. In case board provisions for aggregate marks are lacking, the passing percentage can be computed by the aggregate grades of all the subjects in the grade sheet.
10+2 equivalent examinations:
Candidates are eligible if they passed the Class 12 examination, according to the 10+2 Senior Secondary Education system from any accredited Central/State Boards, CBSE or ICSE.
State Board of Secondary Education or School Certificate Examination.
Students graduating class 12 from the NIOS board, National Institute of Open Schooling, are eligible for the five-year Integrated Management Program. Those from the State Board of Open Schooling, which administers class 12 examinations consisting of at least five subjects, with English being mandatory, are also eligible.
