It also includes due diligence, portfolio management, exits, and governance, employing live case studies from India and globally. A unique capstone project incorporating the Indian VC/PE ecosystem will enable participants to implement their skills in actual business challenges.

Important subjects like business restructuring, valuation techniques, transaction negotiation, defence tactics and postmerger integration are covered in the curriculum. Faculty will conduct weekly live sessions and track individual progress. Participants must score at least 70% to receive a certificate from ISB Executive Education.
