During counselling, participating colleges across Andhra Pradesh will publish their cutoff ranks for admission. Seat allotment will be carried out based on these cutoffs with opening and closing ranks serving as the key criteria for admissions.
APICET 2026 Counselling Documents
Candidates taking part in the AP ICET 2026 counselling are required to have a number of documents for verification. These consist of the degree marks memoranda or consolidated marks memo, the degree provisional certificate, the AP ICET 2026 hall pass and rank card and TC. Additionally, applicants must present their study certificates from Class IX up to the qualifying degree as well as their intermediate marks memo, diploma marks memo and SSC or equivalent marks memo.
A valid caste certificate (SC, ST or OBC) is required for candidates in reserved categories and an EWS certificate is required for those applying under the EWS category. If relevant, a local status certificate must also be provided. A residence certificate is required for private applicants from Andhra Pradesh who do not have documents of their formal education. Non-local applicants must present a residence certificate from one of their parents attesting to ten years of Andhra Pradesh residency, disregarding time spent working outside the state. A recent income certificate or ration card bearing the applicant's name that was issued by the appropriate government must also be submitted.
