About the Program
The Empower program is a 10-month program that deals with leadership issues commonly encountered by women professionals. It assists participants in developing high-quality executive presence and strategic thinking skills. The program consists of 15 modules that cover the following topics -
Emotional intelligence
Strategic thinking
Financial understanding
Growth forecasting
Branding and sales
Digital skills
Other topics include negotiation, team leadership and innovation. The program is designed to enhance boardroom confidence, decision-making capabilities and understanding of organizations to enable women leaders to lead AI enabled and digital-first transformations.
Eligibility Criteria
Women professionals are eligible to apply for the program at IIM Lucknow if they have the following criteria -
Hold a graduate degree with at least 50% marks
Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience
