IIM Ahmedabad PGP-FABM Final Placements 2026 - 100% Students Placed

IIM Ahmedabad has successfully completed the placements for all students of its PGP-FABM course. The PGP-FABM course stands for Post Graduate Programme in Food and Agribusiness Management. The process was conducted in a hybrid format. The process has been completed with 100% placements. All 45 students of IIM Ahmedabad are expected to join their respective companies by April and June 2026. The successful completion of the process reflects IIM Ahmedabad's strong reputation in the industry and academic sphere.

IIMA PGP-FABM Top Recruiters in 2026

The top recruiter this year was Sahyadri Farms. The other top recruiters this year were Valency International, Accenture, Grant Thornton Bharat, EY, Godrej Agrovet, PCI, ITC, Amul, PI Industries and INI Farms.

The new recruiters this year were Laila Group, Varaha, Prompt Equipments, Shoption, Areete Business Solutions, Tileswale Group, Ficus Food Labs and Bighaat indicating the growing interest in the FABM program.

What They Said

Sachidananda Hota who is the Recruitment Secretary of the PGP-FABM Placement Committee stated that PGP-FABM is at the intersection of agriculture, business and sustainability and that the placements this year are a reflection of that. He also stated that the committee was keen on creating alignment with the aspirations of the students and the needs of the agribusiness sector. Furthermore, the different types of roles also highlight the dynamic nature of the agribusiness sector where companies are keen on hiring people who have domain knowledge along with management capabilities. The committee was also keen on creating relationships with recruiters while bringing new companies that are a reflection of the future of food and agribusiness.

Further details will be reported in the audited report in accordance with the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS) an initiative by IIM Ahmedabad for increased transparency in the placement scenario for B-schools. The report will be circulated among all stakeholders.
