International Management Institute (IMI) is India’s first corporate-sponsored business school established in 1981 in New Delhi.  It was founded with support from leading companies such as RPG Enterprises, ITC, Nestle, Tata Chemicals, SAIL, British Oxygen and Williamson Magor. The institute was established in partnership with IMI Geneva now called IMD Lausanne. Later, IMI expanded by opening campuses in Kolkata in 2010 and Bhubaneswar in 2011.

IMI Delhi provides various PGDM courses like PGDM, PGDM HRM, PGDM BFS, Online PGDM, EPGDM and FPM. The duration ranges from 18 months to 4 years depending on the course. Admission is based on CAT, XAT, GMAT and other entrance exams for different programs. Fees vary from ₹4.37 lakh to ₹31.53 lakh with FPM program fees around ₹11.27 lakh.  

International Management Institute Delhi CutOff - CAT 2025

IMI Delhi CAT cutoff 2025 for MBA or PGDM admission is expected to be 88+ percentile. Candidates need a good CAT score for admission shortlisting and selection.

For admission to IMI Delhi XAT score cutoff for 2026 is expected to be 90+ percentile. Candidates need a strong XAT score to get shortlisted and move ahead in the final selection process. 

IMI Delhi Admissions 2026

International Management Institute Delhi known as IMI Delhi, offers admission to PGDM and Executive programs based on entrance exams like CAT, XAT or GMAT. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interview round. The selection process also considers academic background, work experience and overall profile before final admission is granted. 

IMI Delhi Application Process

Candidates must fill out the online application form on the IMI Delhi website and submit it with a non-refundable fee of ₹ 2250 and the required documents. The fee can be paid online through credit card, debit card or bank transfer.  Incomplete forms may be rejected. No payment receipts need to be sent to the institute. 

IMI Delhi MBA Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any stream.

• The eligibility criteria for IMI Delhi’s PGDM program require candidates to have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50 per cent marks.

• Fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates can apply. 

• IMI Delhi admission is based on CAT, XAT and GMAT entrance exams.

• Students in their final year of graduation can also apply. 

IMI Delhi MBA Selection Criteria

Candidates applying for PGDM courses like PGDM, PGDM HRM or PGDM B&FS will be shortlisted based on CAT/XAT/GMAT scores and academic performance. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the assessment process, which includes essay writing and a personal interview. Work experience and extracurricular activities are also considered.  Meeting eligibility does not guarantee selection and IMI decision is final.

IMI New Delhi provides scholarships and financial support to students based on good academic performance and financial need. Scholarships are given considering academic records, entrance exam scores and candidate profile. These include merit-based scholarships, need-based aid and category-specific support where available. To continue receiving the scholarship students must maintain good academic performance and follow institute's rules. Usually, one scholarship can be availed of each year subject to review.
