At least one year of full time work experience post graduation as on 30 Nov 2025 in a registered organisation, company, government, educational and autonomous body.

A graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognised university and institution.


0-2 years of work experience and recent graduates can apply.


Minimum 60% in the IRM India RMAT entrance exam


Requires a PI test evaluating communication skills, future career objectives and suitability for the program.
